At Global Access, we’re committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience — from placing your order to requesting a return. This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy outlines the process for canceling orders, requesting replacements or returns, and obtaining refunds. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once marked as “Out for Delivery.” You may cancel an order from your account dashboard before it reaches this status. Once we accept the cancellation request: Refunds are initiated the same day if canceled before 2 PM. Refunds are initiated the next day if canceled after 2 PM. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Replacement / Exchange Policy

You may request a replacement or exchange within 7 days of product delivery under certain conditions. These include situations where the product is physically damaged (must be reported within 24 hours), accessories or parts are missing (also report within 24 hours), the wrong item has been delivered, or the product is found to be defective before activation.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and tags. Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear tampered with or have broken seals. Additionally, a video recording (with a visible timestamp) of the unboxing process, along with photos, may be required as proof. In some instances, a Brand DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate may also be necessary to process the replacement. Please note that replacements will not be accepted if the customer ordered the incorrect model or color, if the product (such as a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop) has already been activated, or if it falls under a non-replaceable category. Products that show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering after delivery are also not eligible for replacement.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under specific conditions such as receiving an incorrect product, a defective or non-working item, a product that is damaged or tampered with (to be reported within 24 hours), or if any parts or accessories are missing. To qualify for a valid return, the product must be unused and in its original condition. The packaging should be intact, including the invoice, warranty cards, accessories, and labels. If a product was purchased as part of a combo, all items in the combo must be returned together. Any tampering or damage to the packaging will void the return request. All return requests will be subject to assessment, which may require a timestamped unboxing video, photographs of the product’s condition, and, in some cases, a certification from the brand. Please note that items such as screen protectors, tempered glass, and other similar accessories are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse. The refund process will begin within 48 hours of successful inspection. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase, as no cash refunds are issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Please be aware that refunds will not cover shipping fees or other service charges unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product caused by our fault. If the returned product is incomplete, used, or damaged due to customer handling, it may result in a partial refund or the return request being rejected.
