Global Access is authorized to sell smartphones and accessories only to individual consumers; bulk or commercial orders placed by mobile shop owners, vendors, or distributors will be cancelled, and a 5% payment gateway fee may apply. All product and service information provided is for general reference and may change without notice. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or reliability, and users are advised to evaluate product suitability themselves.
All website content—including text, layout, design, and graphics—is owned or licensed by Global Access and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Materials may only be downloaded or printed for personal use, retaining all original copyright notices. For customers located within certain serviceable areas, quick delivery options may be available, including same-day or two-hour delivery, depending on local availability and the time the order is placed. Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed faster, but delivery may be delayed slightly if the selected product is unavailable in nearby fulfillment centers. In such cases, we strive to ensure prompt delivery from the nearest available source. General delivery timelines vary depending on distance—local deliveries within a specific range may be completed in a few hours, while longer distances may take up to 24 hours or more. Some express delivery options may be offered for prepaid orders within a certain radius, subject to availability.

All other product names, company names, brand names, and logos that appear on the website are the property of their respective owners. Submissions

Any information, feedback, comments, suggestions, reviews, or other content submitted by users through the Global Access platform is considered non-confidential and may be used freely by Global Access. This includes text, images, videos, user names, or any other materials voluntarily submitted through our services. By submitting such content, you grant Global Access an unrestricted and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, or distribute it for any purpose, whether commercial or otherwise. We are under no obligation to compensate you for such submissions and are not responsible for the confidentiality of any information you provide voluntarily.

Payments & Billings

When making a purchase on the Global Access platform, you are required to select a valid payment method for the transaction. By completing a purchase, you authorize Global Access or its authorized billing agents to charge your selected payment method for the full amount. This includes all applicable charges, taxes, or fees. You are responsible for all transactions made using your account, whether by you or by anyone with access to your account, including friends or family members. Charges may be processed individually or aggregated with other purchases made on your account and billed together. All purchases of smartphones, related accessories, and services are considered final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise under a specific return policy or legal obligation. If you notice any billing discrepancies or issues, you are required to inform us within five days of receiving your bank or credit card statement. Failure to notify us within this period may result in the waiver of your right to dispute such charges. In the event of order cancellation, refunds will be processed either via bank transfer (NEFT) or by cheque within 14 working days. Please note that refunds will not be provided in the form of cash under any circumstances.

Proof of Identification

Global Access reserves the right to request valid identification proof at the time of delivery to verify the recipient’s identity. If the customer is unable to present a valid form of identification upon request, the order may be subject to cancellation. In cases where the order is marked as a gift, the individual who made the purchase must still provide identification to validate the transaction if requested.

Limitation of Liability

By using our platform and services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Access, its parent company, affiliates, directors, employees, and partners against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the services, whether such use was authorized by you or not. This includes any disputes related to the operation or content of your use of the platform or any violation of the agreement by you. Global Access also reserves the right to take control of any legal matters covered by this indemnification clause and expects full cooperation if such a situation arises. Under no circumstances will Global Access or its affiliates be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, business interruption, or data inaccuracy, even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages.

Applicable Taxes

Unless explicitly mentioned, all product prices listed on Global Access are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Local taxes, duties, and additional charges may apply depending on the region and will be calculated during checkout or at the time of payment as required by applicable law.

Warranty

Smartphone products sold on Global Access are covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. The scope and duration of the warranty are determined by the original equipment manufacturer and may vary by product. Global Access does not issue separate warranties and does not assume responsibility for product defects or performance issues. In the event of a defect, the customer should contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center directly. All sales are final, and products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise agreed or mandated by warranty terms. The legal jurisdiction for any claims or disputes will be governed in accordance with the relevant laws.

Damage Protection

Global Access offers an optional Complete Smartphone Protection Plan, available at the time of smartphone purchase. This plan ensures peace of mind by providing coverage against various forms of damage, including screen damage, accidental physical damage, liquid damage, fire damage, and more, for a period of 365 days. Customers can avail of one claim under the plan and choose between two benefit options: (1) replacement of the damaged device with a new sealed unit at 70% of the retail price, or (2) reimbursement of repair costs after servicing at an authorized center, subject to applicable limits. Only one claim is allowed per protection plan, and the customer must choose between screen protection, replacement, repair, or reimbursement.
To be eligible for benefits, customers must purchase the protection plan at the time of buying the smartphone and register their device within 48 hours via the Global Access Care app, submitting accurate personal and device information. The plan is non-transferable, and all documents—including invoice, ID proof, and bank details—must match the original purchaser’s name. For replacement claims, the same model (subject to availability) will be provided after returning the original device with visible IMEI numbers, the original box, and accessories. If opting for repair or reimbursement, the refund will be based on the depreciated value or actual repair cost (whichever is lower), excluding applicable taxes. Devices repaired at unauthorized centers are not eligible, and once a claim is processed—particularly in case of replacement—no further claims can be made under the same protection plan.

Claim Process

For a replacement claim, customers must visit the nearest Global Access partner store with the damaged device, original packaging, invoice, ID proof, and a valid claim ID. The store will verify the claim, generate the required approvals and coupons, and assist in invoicing the replacement handset. For a reimbursement claim, customers must generate a claim ID and pay a processing fee online. The smartphone must be repaired at an authorized service center, and a valid job sheet and service invoice must be submitted within 48 hours through the Global Access Care platform. Upon verification, the reimbursement will be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account within 2–3 working days. To ensure eligibility for any benefit under the plan, customer registration through the Global Access Care app must be completed within 48 hours of purchase, and all personal details must be accurate and verifiable, including full name (as per official ID), mobile number, and email address. Smartphones purchased at discounted prices or through promotional coupons may not be eligible for certain claim components, especially when a full-price invoice is required for tax or reimbursement purposes.

Personal Accident Policy (Individual)

This policy, issued by The Oriental Insurance Company Limited, is based on a written proposal submitted by the insured and is valid upon payment of the required premium. It provides financial protection for bodily injuries caused solely and directly by visible, violent, and external accidents during the policy period. If such an injury leads to death within twelve months, the full Capital Sum Insured will be paid to the insured’s legal representative. Similarly, full compensation is provided for the complete and irreversible loss or loss of use of both eyes, both hands, both feet, or a combination thereof. In cases of loss or total loss of use of one hand, foot, or eye, fifty percent of the Capital Sum Insured is payable.
The policy also covers permanent and total disability that renders the insured incapable of engaging in any work, offering full compensation. For other specific losses not listed, compensation is paid based on a set percentage of the Capital Sum Insured. The aim is to offer peace of mind and financial relief in the event of serious accidental injuries, supporting the insured and their family through challenging times.
In the event of an accident causing temporary total disability, the insured will receive weekly compensation equal to 1% of the Capital Sum Insured, up to a maximum of ₹20,000 per week, for a maximum of 100 weeks. If the accident results in death outside the residence, the company will reimburse transportation and funeral expenses, limited to 2% of the Capital Sum Insured or ₹2,500, whichever is lower. In cases of death or permanent total disability, an education benefit is provided for dependent children under 23 years—₹5,000 for one child and ₹10,000 for more than one—based on the original Capital Sum Insured and shared proportionately if multiple policies exist.
If the insured loses employment due to total disablement, a one-time compensation of 1% of the Capital Sum Insured or ₹15,000 (whichever is lower) is payable. Optional medical expense coverage is available by paying an extra premium—covering up to 25% of the valid claim amount for a 10% premium, or up to 50% for a 25% premium—subject to the policy's standard terms and conditions.

Conditions

In case of an accident or incident that may lead to a claim, the policyholder must notify the insurance company in writing as soon as possible, ideally within one month. For death claims, notice must be given before funeral or cremation unless justified otherwise. All claims must be supported by proper documentation, and the company may request medical or postmortem examinations. Claims for death or permanent disability will be processed after surrendering the policy, while claims for temporary disability will be settled after the disability period ends. No interest is paid on claim amounts, and fraudulent or false claims will be rejected.
The policyholder must inform the insurer of any change in occupation or health condition at the time of renewal. Policy renewals are done annually by mutual consent, and premiums must be paid before expiry. Either party may cancel the policy by giving written notice, with premium refunds adjusted based on the coverage duration. All payments are made directly to the insured or their legal representative. Disputes about compensation amounts (but not liability) are resolved through arbitration, as per the Arbitration Act. If a legal suit is not filed within 12 months after a claim denial, the claim becomes void.
A 15-day free look period is provided from the date of receiving the policy, during which it can be canceled for a refund, subject to deductions if risk coverage has started. The policy follows IRDA regulations, and any grievances can be addressed through the insurer’s grievance cell or escalated to the Insurance Ombudsman if unresolved. The insurer reserves the right to revise or withdraw policy terms, with prior notice and regulatory approval. In such cases, policyholders will be offered an alternative plan with updated terms.

Assured Buyback

Assured Buy Back (AB) is an exclusive benefit for Global Access customers, offering a guaranteed buyback at a predetermined rate if the smartphone is returned within the eligible period in flawless condition—free from scratches, dents, or bends. All original accessories and packaging, including the box and user manual, must be returned. If only the manual or packaging is missing, customers may still receive 50% of the buyback value if the return is made within 180 days. To activate this benefit, customer details and the device’s IMEI number must be registered on the Global Access Care App at the time of purchase, and the buyback option must be clearly stated on the invoice. This offer must be opted for during the initial purchase, unless a specific campaign allows late activation with written approval.
The buyback value is based on the current market price of the device, which customers can confirm at the store. Redemption must be completed on the same day, and if the preferred model is unavailable, Global Access will arrange delivery of an alternative within one working day. The offer applies to all smartphone brands and is valid at any Global Access store. However, the buyback value cannot be refunded in cash and must be used toward a new purchase. To claim the benefit, customers must present the original invoice, valid ID, and meet all return conditions.
